Introducing Payout Perk
Some customers say they get frustrated paying for insurance and getting nothing out of it, especially when they have no accidents. We heard them loud and clear. That’s why we came up with something completely unexpected as a way to reward them.
We added a new feature to our Loyalty Rewards Program that gives money to customers who go for a period of time without filing a claim. (Yep, you read that right—we give money to customers).
We came up with the name Payout Perk, plus all the targeted messaging and design for emails, direct mail, and a landing page.
Getting a check in the mail from your insurance company? Heck yeah!
